I am watching the webcast live, but the video is not displaying. What can I do? expand_more
There may be differences in the speed and stability of the internet connection from country to country, and even differences between internet browsers (i.e. Internet Explorer vs. Google Chrome) within the same country. Firstly, try another browser to see if the issue still occurs. Secondly, there is an alternate stream offered during the live webcast which can be accessed by clicking the ‘view alternate stream’ link on the live streaming page. The internet connection should have at least 2 Mbps in download mode. You can take a Speed test on: http://www.bandwidthplace.com/. A good benchmark is to check if the computer you are using can access any of the Videos found on our website, which would be a good indication that the live broadcast will work fine.
