Step by step guidelines on how to download your NNIA CPD certificates

Open the Global Nestlé website: www.nnia.org

Step #2

Click “I am a healthcare professional”.

 
Step #3

Click on the “Region” button in the top right corner.

 
Step #4

Select the NNIA region, listed under Africa.

 
Step #5

Click the ‘Login’ button and type in your username and password.

If you have not accessed the site recently, you may be instructed to update your password. To do this, enter your email address. A unique link will be sent to your mailbox; use the link to change your password. You will then be able to login.

 
Step #6

Once logged-in on the NNIA website, click the “Education” dropdown menu, then select “NNIA CPD”.

 
Step #7

Select the green button, “CPD WEBSITE CLICK HERE”.

 
Step #8

If you have logged in, you will see the dashboard page. This is where you can view all the CPD activities, complete your assessments or download your CPD certificates.

On the “NNIA CPD Activities” page, you can download your previous CPD certificates or carry on completing new CPD activities.

Below is the page you find when you enter the CPD site and if you have been active, a list of certificates available for download will appear.

 
Step #9

To complete new activities, click on “View All My Courses”, then click on “On Demand CPD activities”.

More CPD activities will then appear, which can be completed at your leisure.

 
Please complete your activities and download your certificates as soon as possible – all CPD activities close on 19 December 2021.
